All content, designs, source code, branding, strategies, and materials created by TechGrowza remain our intellectual property until full payment is received for the relevant project. Once payment is complete, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and internal processes remain the property of TechGrowza.
Every project begins with a written proposal that defines the scope, deliverables, timelines, and number of revision rounds. Work outside the agreed scope is treated as a change request and may require revised pricing and timelines. Delays caused by missing content, feedback, or approvals from the client may extend delivery dates accordingly.
Most projects require an advance deposit before work begins, with remaining payments scheduled at agreed milestones. Retainer services such as SEO, PPC, and social media management are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are due within the period stated on each invoice. Late payments may pause active work. All fees are non-refundable once work on a milestone has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, brand assets, and any access or credentials required to complete the project (e.g. hosting, domain, analytics, and ad accounts). You confirm that all materials you supply to TechGrowza do not infringe on third-party rights and comply with applicable laws.
While TechGrowza follows industry best practices for SEO, PPC, content marketing, and web development, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, conversions, or revenue results, as these depend on factors outside our control including competition, market conditions, and search engine algorithms.
TechGrowza shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
We may update, improve, or discontinue features of our services and website at any time to maintain quality, security, and relevance. These Terms may also be revised periodically; the most current version will always be available on this page with its effective date.
